Gary J. Marini, CPA
Managing Director
Gary graduated from Northeastern University and joined Peck Associates in 1981. Gary oversees the firms attestation services for clients in various industries including the service and distribution sectors as well as ERISA required 401K audits. In addition, Gary consults on various tax and accounting issues (e.g. early stage funding, employee stock option plans, etc.) specific to emerging industries and development stage companies in the life sciences, social media and other high tech industry sectors as well other entrepreneurial companies at all levels of the growth curve.
Gary’s individual tax management practice consists of many different individuals in many different stages of their business and life cycles.
Gary is active in his community of Franklin, MA. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling in Europe.

Julie A. Harris, EA
Director
Julie Harris has been a cornerstone of Peck Associates since 1996. As Director, she oversees a wide range of the firm’s daily operations and plays an active role in tax planning and compliance. Her deep knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, paired with decades of hands-on experience, makes her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
A longtime resident of Milford, MA, Julie is passionate about strength training and enjoys relaxing with friends and family—including her husband, son, and their Golden Retriever, Murphy.

Cidalia A. Massih, CPA
Director
Cidalia Massih is a Director at Peck, where she leads one of the Firm’s client groups of ultra-high net worth individuals and families. She is responsible for tax planning and compliance on behalf of registered investment advisors, family-owned businesses in a variety of industries, including security services, recruiting firms, insurance companies, software services, real estate, retail, occupational therapy services, arborists, doctors, homeowner associations, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to business entities and individuals, Cidalia also delivers services in the area of fiduciary tax, as well as family group tax planning and compliance.
Cidalia joined Peck in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Taxation.
Cidalia resides in Canton, Massachusetts with her two children, Emma and Lucas, and her dog Teddy.
When not at Peck, she can be found enjoying a day at the soccer field or basketball court watching her children play, a day of golf, or a day at the beach.

Glenn P. Cunniff, CPA
Principal
Glenn P. Cunniff is a key member of the Peck Associates team. Glenn consults on various tax and accounting issues (e.g. early stage funding, employee stock option plans, etc.) specific to emerging industries and development stage companies in the life sciences, social media and other high tech industry sectors as well other entrepreneurial companies at all levels of the growth curve.
Glenn provides individual tax planning and preparation for high net worth individuals in many different stages of their business and life cycles.
A Life long resident of Massachusetts, outside of work you’ll find Glenn spending time with his family, traveling. cycling, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Paul Grace, CPA
Tax Manager
Paul Grace joined Peck Associates in 2021. He has 20 years of public accounting experience primarily focused on providing tax compliance and consulting services. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1999, Paul spent 10 years at PwC providing tax services to middle market clients and their stakeholders. Paul is a graduate of the University of Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and woodworking.
Stephen M. Koffman, CPA
Senior Accountant
Stephen M. Koffman joined Peck Associates in 1989. As a certified CPA in our Tax division, Stephen manages a full case load of both corporate and personal tax returns and consults with clients year ’round on tax and audit issues.

Angela M. Carruthers, MSA
Accountant
Angela joined the team in 2017, bringing with her five years of valuable experience in public accounting from a previous firm. With a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and client service, Angela works with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. She enjoys the variety and the opportunity to build trusted relationships while helping clients better understand their financial picture.
Angela earned her Master’s in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014, where she developed a passion for digging into the details and finding practical solutions that make a real difference. Her calm, approachable style and commitment to accuracy make her a reliable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
Outside the office, Angela loves exploring the beautiful scenery around her home in New Hampshire. Whether she’s out with her husband and their two dogs, Chance and Luna, or relaxing with a good book, she values time spent recharging and enjoying the simple things.

Rolph Jean Baptiste, MSA
Tax Accountant
Rolph Jean Baptiste spent his last six years working in public accounting, building experience in both auditing and tax. Along the way, he developed a real fascination with taxation, how it works, how it frequently changes, and how he can help clients navigate it with more confidence and less stress. Rolph earned his Master of Accountancy from Bridgewater State University, where he strengthened his foundation in financial reporting, assurance, tax concepts and preparation.
Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Rolph on a basketball court or out exploring with his two dogs. Staying active and connected helps Rolph bring balance, energy, and perspective to everything he does professionally and personally.

Patricia Blank, EA
Accountant
Patricia Blank has been a member of the Peck Associates team since 2019. In her role as Staff Accountant, Patricia works with a wide range of clients, in a wide range of industries.
Outside of work you’ll find Patricia traveling, working in her garden, or curled up with a good book.

Jerry Stavrakopoulos – E.A , MST
Tax Accountant
After having worked for Peck for several tax season, Jerry joined Peck full-time in 2023. He has over 20 years of taxation experience primarily dealing with high net worth individuals and their closely held entities. Jerrys passion for travel led him to live and work in several offshore jurisdictions including Switzerland, the UK and the Cayman Islands. There he developed expertise with both inbound and outbound transaction, servicing the varied international US tax reporting needs of US expatriates, dual-nationals and non-resident aliens.
Originally a native of Massachusetts, Jerry now hails from Bradenton, Florida and can often be found enjoying the local beaches.

Deanne L. Greenwood
Administrative Assistant
Since 1997 Deanne L. Greenwood has been a valuable member of the Peck Associates team. As Administrative Assistant she handles daily operations in support of our ever-growing staff. Deanne is a resident of Waltham, MA. Outside of work , Deanne can be found spending time with her family and friends, kayaking, bicycling or relaxing at the beach.
Lisa Zonghi
Administrative Assistant
Lisa Zonghi joined the firm in 1996, only to leave to raise a family in 2006, and return in 2021! Prior to joining Peck Lisa was the office assistant at Gately & Associates, P.C.
A resident of Franklin, MA, Lisa is the Volunteer Treasurer for her local school.
Jack D. Adelson
Formerly a Senior Accountant at Vance, Cronin & Stephenson in Boston, MA, Adelson, a Lynnfield, MA resident, has been recognized for his work with non-profit and municipal organizations. Outside of work, you can find Adelson rooting for his hometown Red Sox, watching the latest sci-fi film, or providing valuable community service.
